  • Drafting and negotiation of complex option arrangement and subsequent purchase contract for an existing retail property and future development site in Joondalup and preparation of associated documents including deeds of covenant with tenants and deed of covenant and assumption of development restrictions with the City of Joondalup

  • Acting for property developer on preparation of shareholder agreements and other equity investment arrangements concerning Bullsbrook development property
