Recent Representative Experience:

  • Advising aged care service provider on the development and construction of a new aged care facility, Koh-I-Noor Nursing Home, in Wembley, including drafting and negotiating a range of consultancy services agreements, the head contract and advising on a range of contractual matters

  • Advising aged care provider on development of new aged care facility at Beaumaris Beach

  • Advising main contractor in relation to a range of head contract, subcontract and consultant agreement matters on the Perth Children’s Hospital project

RENEWABLES AND WASTE  

Recent Representative Experience:

  • Advising renewable energy developer on the development of a 1.75 MW windfarm and battery storage power station including drafting and negotiating power purchase agreement and associated documentation

  • Consulting to Horizon Power in relation to a range of renewable energy project including Broome Smart Sun Pilot Project, Onslow DER Project, Carnarvon DER Project and the preparation of tenders for the procurement of standalone power stations across regional WA 

  • Drafting and negotiating agreements for the development, operation and maintenance of a standalone solar and battery storage power system in New South Wales  

  • Advising US contractor in relation to the construction of waste receival facility and associated subcontractor arrangements

  • Acting for ASX-listed waste company on the development of a waste tailings facility in Dardanup

  • Acting for a US contractor in relation to the development of a materials recovery facility in Perth

MINING AND ENERGY

Recent Representative Experience:

  • Advising ASX-listed mining company on the expansion of its Cowal Gold Operations in New South Wales including drafting and negotiating on the engineering, procurement and commissioning agreement and other consultant and project development agreements, and advising on operational matters

  • Advising ASX-listed lithium company on the expansion of its production facilities including drafting a range of template documents and negotiating with a range of contractors and suppliers

  • Advising mining services contractor in relation to head contract negotiations for mining services and its subcontractor arrangements

  • Advising mining equipment supplier in relation to its offshore supply and distribution arrangements

  • Consulting to government [insert] in relation to the design, development and commissioning of the South Hedland Power Station and other projects and operational matters
