Joe is the founding principal of JB Legal, having established the practice in 2013.  Joe was admitted to practice in Western Australia in 2003 and has practiced in Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales. He has extensive experience in the construction, property, mining and energy industries and has worked extensively on the development of major commercial, construction and infrastructure projects.

He specialises in drafting and negotiating agreements for lease, development agreements, design and construction contracts, project delivery agreements, early contract involvement agreements, tender documentation, bid consortium agreements, consultant agreements, mining services agreements, transport and freight services agreements, other procurement contracts and asset management contracts.

Joe regularly consults to government and major property and construction companies, where he provides pragmatic, user-friendly and commercial legal advice to senior management and project teams on a range of matters.

Joe is a member of the Society of Construction Lawyers Australia and the Law Society of Western Australia.
