Julia joined JB Legal in 2016 with over a decade of experience in property and construction law.  Julia developed her practice at California’s preeminent property law firm, Allen Matkins, and has also held a general counsel role, affording her an in-depth understanding of the commercial realities of property ownership and development.

Julia has represented national superannuation funds, REITs, developers, landlords, tenants, hoteliers and high net worth individuals in connection with their real estate assets.  Her extensive property experience includes leasing, purchase and sale, construction and a broad range of other real estate related transactions concerning office, industrial, retail and residential property.

Julia is admitted to practice in Western Australia and the U.S. States of California and New York and is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia and the National Association of Women in Construction.
